Welcome to the Elixir Summer’25 Release!

This release delivers major improvements across EHR, Patient Portal, Lab Orders, Messaging, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Immunization, and Technical Enhancements — all designed to improve usability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

EHR & Patient Care

Patient Account

1. Default Patient Chart Landing Page

Column 1: Active Allergies & Quick Actions.
Column 2: Patient Summary with configurable tabs.

Unified tab header for consistency.

2. Patient Summary – Consolidated Clinical View

Displays vitals, vitals trend, notes, conditions, diagnosis, labs, meds, and procedures.

1. Patient Demographic Section – Customization

Relabel fields (e.g., “Patient Name” → “Student Name”).
Hide/reorder default fields.
Add up to 10 custom fields (text, picklist, date, lookup, checkbox, etc.).
Define field visibility rules per implementation.

Lab Orders

1. Patient Portal

Configurable lab order list view (up to 7 columns, including custom fields).
Multi-panel handling with customizable labels.
Expand/collapse rows for test details.
Results available as PDFs at the order level.
Admin controls for column visibility and status filters.

2. EHR

Comprehensive list view (ID, test name, lab, status, timestamps, results).
Expandable multi-panel display.
Bulk electronic transmission with eligibility checks.
Results viewable as PDFs (order-level only).
Status logic aligns with business rules (Saved, Transmitted, Results Received, Cancelled).

3. Workflow Enhancements

Save Before Transmission: Users can hold orders as “Saved” until ready to transmit.
Lab Order Bundles: Group multiple tests, submit in one request, editable before submission.
Default Values: Auto-populate ordering fields (Ordering Physician, Entered By, Verified By) with user/admin-defined defaults.

Automated Canceled Appointment Messages

Sent via email & portal (if enabled).
Admin toggle to enable/disable.
Customizable templates with placeholders.

Automated Rescheduled Appointment Messages

Automatic notifications with new date/time.
