Generate structured clinical notes from recorded provider-patient appointments
Providers can dictate a transcript and select the note type they want to create, after which the system generates a structured clinical note based on the recorded transcript, reducing documentation time and improving consistency.
Insert dictation transcripts or summaries directly into notes fields
Providers can dictate content and choose to insert either the full transcript or an AI-generated clinically relevant summary into rich text or long text documentation fields.
Summarize lab results and answer questions about report details
System automatically generates summaries of lab reports and allows providers or patients to ask questions to better understand results and trends.
Assist patients and staff with appointment scheduling and management
Patients and front desk users can now interact with AI-powered agents to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments within both the Patient Portal and the EHR.
Simplify insurance eligibility responses with summarized coverage insights.
Complex eligibility responses are automatically converted into easy-to-review summaries, while conversational queries help clarify benefits and coverage details.

Lab Orders
- The Lab Order screens have been redesigned with improved layout, clearer section grouping, and better field organization to enhance usability and streamline order creation and review.
- The Lab Order PDF has also been redesigned with a cleaner format and improved presentation of tests, diagnosis codes, and order details to make printed and shared reports easier to review.
- Administrators can now configure header and footer content for Lab Order PDFs, allowing organizations to tailor document layouts to their needs.
- Providers can view lab results over time using dynamic charts that display trends for selected lab tests, helping identify changes in clinical values and monitor patient progress more effectively.
- Administrators can define default lab, facility, and user-related fields in Lab Order Settings to automatically populate key information during lab order creation, reducing manual data entry while still allowing updates when needed.
- Providers can also use configurable order sets that group commonly ordered lab tests together, enabling faster selection of relevant tests based on clinical needs.
Prescriptions
- Prescription Orders now display both Manual Rx and eRx records in a consolidated list view, with filters and an order type indicator for easier management and navigation.
- Additional fields such as dosage, frequency, medication type, and administration details are now available when creating manual eRx orders, improving prescription documentation accuracy.
- Users can now record new medications independently of prescription orders, enabling providers to document medications that were not prescribed within the system.
- The patient medication list now supports filtering, status updates, end-date tracking, and management of active and inactive medications for better medication history visibility.
- Historical medications can now be entered using the Med Entry screen in the eRx workflow, with recorded medications syncing back to the patient record.

- Forms based on inactive template versions can no longer be cloned, ensuring new forms are created only from active templates.

- Administrators can also configure form and note fields to control whether they are editable by users.
- Form fields now support auto-populating values from other forms, using the most recent value recorded for the selected field.

- The Message Center interface has been updated to provide a cleaner and more organized messaging experience for viewing, composing, and managing patient communications.
- A new centralized Message Console allows users to manage patient messages through standard list views with filters for Inbox, Outbox, Bookmarked, and Archived messages.
- Patients are now automatically notified via email and the patient portal when an appointment is rescheduled, using configurable templates and delivery settings.
Medical Coding
- A custom patient diagnosis screen has been introduced with enhanced fields and search-based diagnosis code selection to support improved clinical documentation.
- The patient procedure screen in RCM has also been redesigned with improved field organization, advanced procedure details, and enhanced claim-related information.

- Only active practitioners with at least one future work schedule are available for selection during appointment creation, editing, and rescheduling.
- The patient account now includes a dedicated Appointments list view with filters for Upcoming, Past, and All Appointments.
- Date inconsistencies in Upcoming and Past appointments have been resolved to ensure dates display correctly according to user locale settings.

- New fields have been added to Claim and Claim Line Item records to support enhanced billing data capture and reporting.
Electronic Remittance Advice
- Users can now post all eligible ERAs directly from the ERA list view using a new Post All action, allowing bulk payment posting based on list view filters.
- ERA records are now locked from editing while payment posting is in progress, preventing data inconsistencies.
- New financial fields including Interest Paid by Payor, Late Filing Charge, and Net Paid are now available across ERA, Claim-level ERA, and ERA Line Item screens.
