We’re proud to announce the recent implementation of Elixir, our Salesforce-based Behavioral Health and CYBHI Billing Platform, at the Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) and the Yolo County Office of Education (YCOE). These County Offices of Education are pioneering a shared services model that empowers participating Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to deliver coordinated behavioral health care while maintaining local flexibility and data autonomy. Elixir provides a modern, compliant, and scalable foundation for managing referrals, services, documentation, and billing workflows that align with California’s Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI).

Our Journey with Alameda and Yolo Counties
At both Alameda COE and Yolo COE, Elixir is helping to establish the framework for a coordinated and compliant behavioral health system. Each COE implementation enables participating LEAs to use Elixir for referrals, COST meetings, behavioral health service tracking, care documentation with ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and configurable workflows for data validation and billing readiness.
